It's been really difficult to find a man, my age, who has not been totally burned or who isn't still being burned by the ex-wife, making them cynical, suspicious, overly cautious, etc. Guys...Guys....Guys....I'm not her (the ex)...I'm not even like her! There are single women out there that truly want to keep a good man...Who want to have sex more than 2-3 times a week (when in a relationship!)...Who enjoy cooking meals and keeping a home....Who thinks passion and affection are at the top of the list and a daily peck to say have a good day or goodnight is just not enough....Who love watching football or going to races and car shows or going out and slow dancing in some hole in the wall...Or enjoying an ice cold beer just because it tastes good! Wearing jeans and not feeling under dressed (but enjoying dressing up every now and again)...Or just staying in snuggled up watching a good movie and getting so caught up in conversation you have to rewind the movie....Or realizing we each need our own space and friends and a boys night or a girls night is just as important as "date" night....And that our interests may be different but we can still support eachother and be happy because we know it makes the other person happy....(is that so hard??).... Yeah...We're out there! Can ya handle us??? Love my kids! (Ages 22, 19 & 15 - Girl, boy, girl) I am a PROUD Mom of a soldier and my 22-year-old is going to make me a Mimi (aka Grandma!) next summer!
